We designed and developed a brand new website for Hallidays Point Tavern. They came to us for a site that would improve their online presence and offer would-be customers an attractive inside look into what Hallidays Point Tavern has to offer.
We delivered with a bold design, including a sticky navigation bar, combined text and image components with translucent background images behind the text, a fully accessible menu using Reach UI and items sourced from Sanity CMS, and a gorgeous image gallery carousel showcasing the fascinating history of Hallidays Point Tavern.
All of the design elements were carefully considered to highlight what Hallidays Point Tavern has to offer, and combine to create an inviting user experience, with clean but eye-catching design practises highlighted in a unique way on every page.
A large amount of the information displayed on the site is fully editable by the client from within Sanity Studio — as has become a common theme with our more recent sites. This puts a considerable amount of editing power into the hands of the client, without them having to delve into the complexities of actual website coding.
